On October 20, 2021, Ontario province conducted three Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws. In these draws, invitations to international students and foreign workers under the Employer Job Offer stream were sent. Ontario is one such Canadian province that is quite active in conducting PNP draws. In these latest Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draws, a total of 546 candidates were invited. The invited candidates were specifically from three streams namely Foreign Worker stream, Masters Graduate stream and PhD Graduate stream.
Foreign Worker stream
4 invitations to apply have been issued by Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Candidates invited on October 20, 2021, can apply. The candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria of Federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project that works under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.
Master Graduate stream
497 candidates having their profiles in the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool under the Masters Graduate stream were issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs). Candidates those who had 35 point score or above received the invitations.
PhD Graduate stream
63 PhD Graduate stream candidates with their profiles in the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool were issued invitations to apply. Only those who fall under the score range of 25 and above were invited.

- 1,834 invitations to apply issued under the Masters Graduate stream.
- 204 invitations to apply issued under the PhD Graduate stream.
